Price and Ordering

  1. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (GST is not charged).
  2. Prices quoted do not include shipping costs.
  3. How much Is the Freight Cost?

Shipping/freight costs vary depending on weight and destination. They are calculated prior to your order being finalised and is calculated automatically based on the weight and volume of your order.
The estimated freight cost can be calculated in the Shopping cart once items have been added if you wish to see the cost prior to proceeding through the checkout.

5. All orders must be paid for prior to shipping.

What Methods of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit cards, via eCommerce (when online purchases) – an encrypted & secure payment gateway), PayPal, Bank Transfer/direct deposit.
Please note, payments made via Bank Transfer/direct deposit can take up to 4 business days to clear our bank account before we can process your order for dispatch, please keep this in mind when selecting this payment option.
Unfortunately we do not accept AMEX card payments or cheque payments.


Online orders can be paid for by direct deposit and PayPal / eCommerce. If you wish to pay by credit card through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to pay in this way. Place credit card details for these payments.

Face to face purchase payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, eftpos via secure square, and cash payments are also accepted.

  • Orders may be shipped using either Australia Post or Courier, whichever is the most relevant order and destination. Only trackable methods are used on despatch for your shipment. Orders exceeding the allowable weight load, or Dangerous Good (DG) limit, will be delivered by TOLL or Local Courier.
  • Can I Track My Order?

Yes. On Dispatch, you will receive a ‘Shipped’ email notification which will include your tracking number and link to track your order.

  • What If My Order Hasn’t Arrived After 10 Working Days?

Please check your tracking number via the freight carrier’s website for your order’s ETA. If your ETA date is overdue, please contact us via email or phone, so that we can investigate further with our service provider.

  • Can I Pick Up My Order to Save on Freight Costs?

When available, Naturally You Matter will also offers a FREE Click & Collect service from our Brisbane office. This (future) option will be selected from the shipping method selection in the final stages of the checkout process. For all information, please refer to our ‘Delivery Information‘ page.

  1.  How Long Do I Have to Collect My Order?

If healthy and showing no signs of covid or other flu illnesses, call to arrange time of collection. Once called, an email will be sent to confirm. From confirmation email, items are be collected within 48 hours. Minimum spend $100.

When available, Click & Collect orders must be collected within 6 weeks of purchase. Orders that are not collected within this time frame will be automatically cancelled and will receive a store credit for the amount paid. Please refer to our Returns policy for more information.

We ask that you check your delivery against your invoice. In the event, that you need our returns policy, also contact us before sending it.

Orders will be processed as quickly as possible, and we will keep you advised of the delivery.

Please note that due to fluctuations in prices for raw ingredients, products may change prices without notice. We will do our best to notify customers of any changes and aim to give you an opportunity to purchase prior to increase.

  1. Do You Offer Discounts for Business Customers?
    • Yes, we will be developing a business member log in section for our industry partners with an active ABN.
    • You will be required to provide us your ABN an indication of the nature of your business, how you use or intend to use our products for your business, and the speed of product rotation.
    • Once activated, business member pricing will automatically be applied to all future orders when placed online using your account details. Going forward, we will also run exclusive offers and discounts for our business member account holders.
  2. Can I Get Discounts For Bulk Orders?
    • Yes. Whilst most of our products have a large size available to purchase online, if you require quantities larger than available online, please contact us and we will be happy to provide you a quote tailored to your needs.
  3. Do you have a shop?
    • Unfortunately, not at this stage. Our products are sold online. We endeavour to attend markets in the near future where you can visit, sample some of our products and purchase them where they are available. Please note, however, that the markets may not stock all of our products and sizes, so if you are after a particular item, place your order online avoid any disappointment.
